Problem with the Exchange : Cant sell anything, offers gone

Some weeks ago i set multiple t5 ships in the exchange to sell them with my fed charakter.

I havent played till yesterday. as i check the exchange, my offers where gone and i couldnt sell anything with my fed char.

I saw the mails which stated that my offers fail to sell and i would get my ships back. but i cannot found them anywhere, also i cannot sell anything with the char (other chars worked)

whats going on ?

    In order to get back your ships, you need to go to a mail console, then you can collect them back and try again to sell them on the Exchange.
    Where there is a Will, there is a Way.
