Reman Outfit Tailor Crash

Ever since the update of 5/14/19, I cannot load any previously saved clothed tailor outfits for my Reman Captain and any of my Reman BOFFs. As soon as I click "load" for an outfit the game crashes to desktop. It happens to both male and females. My Romulan BOFFs are unaffected and none of my other captains are affected either. It happens at all 3 tailors I tried it at, New Romulus Command, ESD and Fleet Starbase.
