Mirror Invasion - Event or TFO?

I'm sitting looking at a Mirror Invasion event project sitting in my Reputation that sits at 13/14 and was wondering if this event is due to run again any time soon?

At least let me (and anyone else) complete the left-over projects and perhaps unlock the Mirror Invasion as a regular TFO for Fleet & Terran Marks?
