Nanofiber Insulated Jacket issue

A minor issue with the Nonofiber Insulated Jacket (mission version) is that it seems to have trouble going over bulkier characters. The customizeable version in the tailor doesn't have the same problem, though kit pieces will clip through it instead of being on-top of it.
