One long-standing visual bug that I wouldn't mind seeing fixed...

Borg Cubes disappearing in the middle of their explosion, to reappear at the end.
I rarely encounter bugs, but this is one that actually happens ridiculously often and has become such a common sight that I stopped noticing it, but... Man, wouldn't it be nice if they could fix that?
I mean, how hard it can be?

Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
