Endeavor Perk choice UI broken

Endeavor perk selection UI is broken:
- Icons in 'Spend endeavor point' tab not always appearing correctly or at all
- Spending a perk point results in the first skill option being chosen with cursor
selection on second or third option
Additional:
- Completed endeavor can be rerolled even with Y button being greyed out
- Icons in 'Spend endeavor point' tab not always appearing correctly or at all
