MACO Armor on Discovery character missing most componant options

Just unlocked MACO armor on a Discovery Character and found that a large number of the options are missing, this is not the case when rechecking one of my non-Discovery Characters.

Some of the missing selections not shown with available drop-down lists are the MACO gloves and helmet options, as well. The rest of the missing parts are missing drop-down selections entirely.
This is my first armor unlock on Discovery Character
ticket ID #4,854,021.
