so after we win that guy says "undine will return but we have... belay that" im pretty sure it should be delay not belay... also...after all this years lol

Belay sounds right to me. Belay means either stop it or in the context of the statement you gave as an example it means ignore what was said previously.
Basically it's telling you to ignore the whole 'undine will return but we have...' part of the message because they have just got some new information which supercedes what was just said.

Based on the context of the sentence in the Undine Battlezone, belay is the correct word in the sentence and not delay. So it is not wrong after all these years. It is not a bug. Thanks.
