Looking for help from a PC fed fleet w/ t5 colony

not really sure which forum to put this in, fleet recruitment seemed fitting...
So I've been working on a lukari-themed character, only problem is my fleet doesnt have a t5 colony, and so I cant buy a lukari t6 ship (I missed the ho'kuun science vessel event, unfortunately).
I've been asking for the past few days in zone ESD chat, and even joined the Nerds of Prey chat channel which is specifically meant for finding fleet holdings to buy stuff from, but nobody seems to be able to help me out here.
In order to buy the ship, I need to join a fleet that has a t5 colony and at least a t1 starbase. Unfortunately, a map invite doesnt work for ships like it does for fleet vendor-based equipment, so I actually need an invite for it to work. I'm willing to donate some of what resources I have if it would help out, but I gotta go back to my main fleet once I get the ship =P
If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it.
