Fek'Ihri S'Torr Warship Pilot seat bug

I recently decided to take the winter reward ship for a spin and found it quite fun. However when i tried to put my Science pilot Rozen at the pilot seat, the pilot abilities he has do not appear in the radial menu. The more pilot abilities i slot on, the less science abilities appear in the radial menu... even though the crew stations tab says that he can use those abilities. Please Help.
