Discovery environment suit becomes mix with uniforms

whenever am wearing the kelvin timeline gear then wear the discovery environment suit over the kelvin timeline gear both gears become mixed. The discovery environment suit does not completely cover kelvin timeline uniform. The helmet and bottom pieces show well but the chest piece shows only the kelvin timeline piece.

The same thing happens with my Jupiter uniforms.

Same thing happens with the Jem'Hadar environment suit when wearing it on non Jem characters. On many uniform types, only the helmet shows. Sometimes it's the helmet and legs only.

For the Discovery ev suit, it doesn't fully cover most uniforms based on what I've seen. Switching to an off duty outfit, however, did allow the full ev suit to be shown correctly. As soon as I switched to another uniform, though, the ev suit didn't show properly.
