quarks lucky seven mission

I tried playing it with a klingon and get knocked off and then I tried to play with a Jem Hadar and got knocked off. I did play with it with other toons but not the above. is this a bug or program malfunction possibly?

What do you exactly mean by 'knocked off'? Are you able to get in te mission in the first place? Does the mission suddenly end or something?
