Lifetime Subscription Bug

I was asked by the GM to post the following issue. My friends and I are unable to claim the Captain's ship and tier 6 Heavy destroyer from the ship vendor on our Jem'Hadar Vanguard toons. We are able to claim it on other race toons just not on the Jem'Hadar Vanguard Toon.

We do Own the Lifetime Subscription since we are able to claim these items on our other toons. I feel its tied only to the Jem Hadar Vanguard race toon. NOt sure about the regular none vanguard jem toon since we never created those.

Yeah, Jems get the short stick for vet stuff. There is no Vet ship for Jems, there is no Captains yacht for Jems. And while Jems can use ships from their allies, the Vet ships are on a list of exceptions.

Romulans at least have their own Vet ships and yachts so they at least get something, but Jems just get nada.

Supposedly, Jem toons are going to eventually get their own version of the LTS ships which is why they aren't allowed to claim the LTS ship of their allied faction. Only time will tell.

True, I have heard those things as well, and they apparently come from a live-stream with an actual employee/representative saying as much. But that was months ago that I heard about that and there's still nothing.
