Discovery Tutorial - Phasers Disabled

Just finishing up the tutorial as a Starfleet Discovery officer, and starting when the tutorial told me how to broadside, my phasers were disabled. So, I had to do most of the tutorial without them. Unequipping them and re-equping them seemed to help until the next cutscene, but a lot of times you're dumped right in to combat and that's not possible until after the fact.

If it means anything, did a fresh install of Windows yesterday. The only thing on this system so far is Google Chrome and STO.

Really sad the tutorial doesn't even work right.

Another thing is, after you are in present time, you're told to update your outfit... but you're left with old equipment/weapons/ship... then in the next mission (Para Pacem), they tell you to give them your new equipment... which you don't even have.
