i have a problem when trying to form a fleet, I keep getting a error with is in the screen shot with says (Error Creating fleet. Newly created account can not send or receive fleet invites).
All the team members meet the requirements, I even tried inviting them to another fleet using another character and that worked, i tested it
i have about 400 hours in game and buy Zen many times.
please fix it, thank you in advance
