Unable to activate Lukari Combat Armor

I've purchased all three required components of the Lukari Proto Reactive Combat Armor set yet it's not appearing as an option in the Tailor's "Choose Outfit Type" menu. I also can't find it in the generic Uniform list.
What am I missing or doing wrong?

Obviously I have all three required components equipped when going to the Tailor.

I found it. It's in the Uniform area in the Tight section. Sorry for thread.

I'm having the same problem with the Delta alliance reputation armor. Have the three pieces but nothin. Not in the unifor tight or anywhere else.
