in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I'm on ps4 My Romulan delta recruit can't find the breen invasion, at level 65. Not in the available missions tab. Not from mission giver. Not at defera system.

    Yep. this is also happening on PC. Started when they removed the arc from the normal storyline journal for whatever reason. No hope of a fix in sight.

    You need to have completed mission "The Galaxy At Large" and be level 65 and Admiral Quinn (or J'mpok for KDF/KDF-allied) should then offer the mission "Cold War" to point you in the right direction.
