Incoming Hails??

in the incoming hails Admiral Grigori has hails for these missions Breaking the Planet, Slowing the Expeditionary Force, Starbase 24, & The Big Dig. but these tfo's are not even in the game any more and have not been for awhile so why is there still incoming hails for them?
