Have Deluxe Edition Star Trek Online and Can Not claim T1 Consitution Class(Enterprise)

Ever since the incident with not being able to claim ships from the z-store until the patch back on the 21st. I still can not claim the Consitution Class Ship I get free for having the Deluxe Edition of the game. It says "Available" and Lieutenant, but its grayed out. I can get the bridge and everything else..just not the ship since the 21st patch on any character.

Make sure you dont already have one stored in dry dock. make sure you have enough room for ship roster in active slots.

Might be an obvious question, but have you tried claiming it from the Ship Vendor in 23rd Century ESD?

Yes I have tried claiming it via the 23rd century vendor. It doesn't show up at all.

No, I don't have any ships in Dry Dock. I had 5 ship slots and I was able to get the Prototype Walker-Class that lvls up to 30 and now have 4 slots. So I should be able to get the Constitution Enterprise. Tried to get it again and nothing.
