This used to crit alot upwards of 60%..After todays patch (after several runs) im seeing 8% and less..
My ship is running the Sci Rnd Trait and 411EPG. On board crit is 10%..
Test zone is Several ISA runs in a T'pau Scout ship (only teir 2 mastery)
