Reman KDF has no tribble recipe

Hello,
I was trying to obtain some tribble kebab and baked tribble on my reman KDF toon.
Unfortunately these duty officer missions seem to not be available on them. Why?
Of course it's a "non-native" KDF but also my Jem'hadar is a non-native KDF, nevertheless the jem
can prepare these tribbles.
