Have a bug with my ps4 pro

Hi I got my system in May of 2018 and this started to happen and sent my consol in under warranty 2 times for to get it fixed seeing if it was but not -> (CE-38700-8) and hit when I change my captains I have not been on the game since realizing it’s just Star Trek and not any other I have like never winter.
