Fleet module missing from inventory

I just noticed 8 fleet modules missing from my inventory, I received them from the duty officer pack promotion a few days ago, but today I noticed that they were missing.
I have bought the age of discovery starter pack a few months ago, and never got the 12 inventory slots and XP boost, but since I was more interested in the ship from the pack, I didn't care to complain. But now the modules from the duty officer pack disappear from my inventory. I tried to search for information online, I found some posts which mention logging out and back in, but it didn't work.
This is getting annoying and I had to complain
