Missing categories / very limited customization options for bare chest uniforms

When buying the new Discovery Terran Empire uniforms and trying to combine them with the Odyssey / Mirror Leeta uniforms I noticed that a lot of categories / options for the Upper Body aren't available for customization for Bare Chest uniforms.
For the Lower Body options everything including the new uniforms is there, but Upper Body is missing almost half the customization options, for both male and female characters:

The "Shoulder Pad Dual" category is missing entirely - making it impossible to equip cool things like the colony cowl.

The "Chest Gear" category is there, but it's missing dozens of options including the three new ones from the DSC Terran uniforms, the Nol-Eniss vests and all the kit stuff. Strangely enough, the "Terran Taskforce" and 23rd century Andorian chest gear are (among others) available.

The "Wrist Attach" categories (left and right) are both missing multiple options as well, e.g. the Nol-Ennis wraps.

The "Arm Attach" categories are missing multiple options, too, mostly the kit options.

The "Back" and "Badge" categories are also missing a lot of options, mostly the dozens of TOS badges.

"Collar" is missing the DSC Terran collar option.

It's also strange that the Terran Jupiter (and only the Jupiter) uniforms get a "Chest Blend" category while all the other Terran uniforms - not to mention the "normal" open jacket uniforms etc. - don't have that particular category (though that might be working as intended, who knows).

Some of these may be intended to not work with the Bare Chest options, but most of it should work just fine.

It's deeply frustrating to spend 400 Lobi (per character) on the two Terran uniforms only to realize that there's no way you can combine the upper parts. At all.
