I noticed something funny. When you beam the Terran Survivors to your Brig and Sickbay their is no mission objective or line of dialogue that mentions them ever again, so apparently you still have people from another time and another universe sitting on your ship.
sent to a penal colony most likely (or whatever the federation version of a POW camp is), given we are still in a state of war with the terran empire
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"
An otaku goes "UwU, what's this?"
A furry goes "OwO, what's this?"
A werewolf goes "Awoo, what's this?"
"It's nothing personal, I just don't feel like I've gotten to know a person until I've sniffed their crotch." "We said 'no' to Mr. Curiosity. We're not home. Curiosity is not welcome, it is not to be invited in. Curiosity...is bad. It gets you in trouble, it gets you killed, and more importantly...it makes you poor!"
Passion and Serenity are one.
I gain power by understanding both.
In the chaos of their battle, I bring order.
I am a shadow, darkness born from light.
The Force is united within me.
Most likely beamed back to Discovery, just not mentioned.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
I do not think those were Terran survivors but klingon survivors from the Klingon Ship of the Dead. In the show the U.S.S
Discovery used the spore drive to do its thing around the cloaked klingon vessel. And they said something about survivors being cocooned. I.S.S Discovery Does not have a Spore Drive. The Wreckage looked more like the sarcophagus ship.
Well the ISS Discovery does now. in STO at least, when it first appears its using the drive.
Also, what about the DIS Klingons who warp out and retreat from the battle? Did they warp out back to DIS Mirror 2257 or back to Prime 2510?
It says in the Memory Alpha that it does not have the spore drive, it does have the spinning animation effect though just not the ability to use the network. Those that warped out might have been trapped in the 25th century but those that were once more attacking the I.S.S Discovery were most likely sent back into the past.
In the show, they found the wreckage of the I.S.S Discovery and thought it was the prime version what they did in Sto. Was bring it to the future, and then well we sent it back into the past for that reason alone and also sending it back into the past was kinda a weird storyline why would we do that? Also sending the discovery back in time is so a smart move at least we all know its true fate maybe the vulcan know the history or somewhat of what happened to the I.S.S Discovery and that is why. He seemed awfully keen in sending it back in time. Because it would be a change in history if it was not sent back.
Then this happens ( don't read if you don't want to know what happens with mirror Tilly))
Mirror Tilly Escapes! and now is like JU'la A possible Threat that we might have to deal with i n the future! So basically we send the I.S.S Discovery back in time because it was shown as destroyed in the show or told as such. But Mirror Tilly is Alive yay and might be ready to cause all kinds of chaos!

Then why the hell is it spinning?
I am thinking maybe its a unique ship effect. The Mirror Universe Paul Stamats did come up with the Spore Drive but he never served on the I.S.S Discovery as we saw he served on the Emperors Palace Ship instead. I'm guessing Mirror Stamats was stuck in the coma state for a lot longer so they could not use him to run the network drive for Discovery anyways. Even if I.S.S. Discovery was meant to have one that was workable. Those that would know how to run it would either be dead or on another ship like the Emperors Vessel who had Mirror Stamats in its medical bay. If the Mirror Discovery did have the same type of spore drive with a living pilot to run they might have been able to get away rather easily as well as
being able to get back to their own universe.
To me it seemed like we triggered a sporedrive like effect when we sent ISS Discovery to 23c prime, so it's not the Discovery itself but rather what we did to it that cause it.

It could be that too. The spin effect could even be a special way of firing weapons also as it spins so fast it could maybe spin out and rapid fire like a Gatling gun. We know Discovery was built by those that were section thirty one possibly and its more of a black hat ship. The Mirror version had powerful weapons ability to even take on a 25th century ship. I died to it several times in the second mission. Had to get another ship just to survive the klingon ships on my cardi. I still died to those ships quite a few times but they were beatable with the New Orleans ship since my Cardi ship couldn't take them on with the one cardi ship she was using.
They're still there and become loyal to you, assisting you in battle if you have the Emperor's sword.
No, really, the third attack (usually the quick melee on most other weapons) summons Terrans that act as a security team.

The fate of the mirror Discovery would certainly be in Starfleet historical databases since the wreckage was found and mistaken for the prime Discovery. So yes, that's why we have to send it back in time, to preserve history, unlike the klingon ships which we can happily vaporize as unimportant.
Interrogated then shoved out the airlock after a disruptor lobotomy..standard KDF protocol
Only for smelly Kling-orks. My Orion guy took them to med bay. All of them had a full medical examination and whatever injuries were healed. Then they had obedience implants installed and were given orders on what they would be doing in their new lives as slaves of the Orion Syndicate.

I assumed this is what happened. It was just not part of the dialogue.
