Tardigrade Adoption Agency Email Code Not Working

The code I received from the Tardigrade Adoption Agency does not appear to be working. I initially entered the code into ARC and received an error that it couldn't be sent and to try logging into the game. After I logged into the game ARC appeared to accept the code and told me to check in game mail. After 24hrs still no email with my Tardigrade. The key also does not show up under my redeemed keys. I tried it a second time just now and same results, no Party Tardi, no entry under redeemed keys. (Party was what was picked for me by the survey.)

Try again later today or even tomorrow, the patch that will bring these and more into the game is not yet activated but will be in an hour or 5. From there we can patch and use the new announced content including the tardigrades

So basicly, they send the email to early? I also got the email and redeemed the code yesterday, but couldn't figure out what is was supposed to do, since the email didn't say what it was for exactly.

Yes they have send it early for a change, kinda logical too seeing what they need to implant into the game this week, lots and lots is happening atm and every little part of prep work they can do is just smart management imo. Just try the code after the patching and i am sure it will work

I know there is much going on now, but I don't think it's a smart move. Now people who have received the email are experiencing problems, since it's not working. Confused about what's going on and probably going to make support tickets if they haven't found the reason yet. So that will give them more tickets to answer, which is more work for them.

Right here is where some common sense comes in to play, they never released a patch on a Tuesday unless it is the holiday season. Also after receiving that mail there has been not 1 bite to download. How can you expect new stuff without it being added first I still stand by my comment of it being a smart move, just because you all are so impatient for some vanity thing does not mean cryptic is working badly. It simply means you all are expecting irregular behavior where cryptic always has used the same tactic over the years.

I already redeemed the email and it worked, will I automatically get it after the patch or will I have to enter it again?

All those claiming via the email or any other way..Just sit tight till the patch is up..Cryptic sent out the email early..Smart move from cryptic imho...

Ok, so put in the code again just now and it appeared to work, again. How do I claim it? Lobi store? I guess I need to wait a bit to see if it shows up with a 0 cost or something.

Seconded. I put in the code and it was accepted, but I have no idea how to actually claim the tardigrade on a character because the e-mail doesn't say how.

i too input code, but cant find where to claim, so i hope they send an email OR notify ib game. wish i knew about multi surveys.

Check the C-Store ingame and then the promotions tab. Not only will you find the tardigrade but if you are lucky also 12 bank and inventory slots as part of the giveaway event

After rotating characters a while last night, it did eventually show up in the promotions tab. He's a little fella compared to the starter-pack tardigrade.

It's an account unlock too.

Sorry but that one is imposible, the tribbles are in the personel tab not promotions. You must have been looking in the wrong place of the C-Store
