Mission: Lost Dominion bug

Unable to acquire the Mission: Lost Dominion. The Mission is not in my journal and it has never been offered by the mission givers. I have been to this page https://sto.gamepedia.com/Lost_Dominion which states - "In Lost Dominion, players are directed to Deep Space Nine, to participate in a Federation conference about the Borg." I never was 'Contacted" I talked to the mission givers but they don't say anything about it. I am at level 65 so that is not the issue. My character is Romulan/KDF. None of the missions in the chain appear in the journal. I have been to DS9 many times but without the mission there is nothing to do there. I have posted to support but there was no resolution. They suggested I report it as a bug here. I assume there is a prerequisite mission or trigger needed before the mission is offered but don't know what it is.

Have you looked in the Available tab? Also, for awhile PC had a bug with and certain characters still cannot replay or play the Lost Dominion. Probably will be fixed in the next console patch. Also, have you done the mission Galaxy At Large or whatever the KDF-equivalent mission is? Have you skipped the TFOs in the various arcs in the mission journal? Thanks.

I have completed all Romulan missions listed in https://sto.gamepedia.com/List_of_missions#Romulan_Episodes. All episodes showing 100% complete. Never skipped anything. No active missions. I checked out "Galaxy At Large" mission. If I'm not mistaken it's part of the starting mission chain for the Federation. I don't know the Romulan equivalent but assume I would have run the starting missions. In any case they I don't see anything in the "Incoming Hails' list that lead to anything that would trigger the Lost Dominion missions. Thanks for the suggestion though. If anyone has any ideas please post them.

You need to be level 65 and Admiral Quinn should be offering you the mission.

Thanks, however I am at level 65 and unable to enter the Sol system where Admiral Quinn is located. I've been to the Sol system several times and flew around but the pop-up to enter the system didn't show. I assumed that this was because I am Romulan aligned with KDF. There are 3 mission givers listed Federation, Romulan, and Klingon. I spoke to the Romulan and Klingon ones but there is no dialog for the mission.

On the page https://sto.gamepedia.com/Lost_Dominion it states "Prior to Season Fifteen: Age of Discovery, the Lost Dominion arc was available to all players as part of the Cardassian Struggle main story arc."

This got me to thinking that players that had already done the missions could replay them but anyone who hadn't would not be able to because the "Cardassian Struggle" mission was linked to the "Lost Dominion" missions. With "Age of Discovery" the "Cardassian Struggle"/"Lost Dominion" trigger that caused the mission givers to give them no longer existed.

I started playing after "Age of Discovery" was launched. If there anyone else who started or created a new character after Age of Discovery I would be interested to here if you can do the missions.
