Missing 30 Master Keys from Legacy of Romulus Bundle (the big one)

Hi,
since the revamp of the C-store, i am unable to find the 30 master key bundle that came with the purchase of the legacy of romulus legacy pack.
i have not claimed the keys since i bought it ( i dont like lotteries much) but today i was unable to see them anywhere. did check all tabs and even looked on each of my characters bank and account bank just to be 100% sure. just realised they are nowhere to be claimed in the store.
is this a known bug?
