The Samsar universal console 'Regenerative Integrity Field' will cooldown all the way to 0, with no global cooldown when combined with the personal trait 'Expedient repairs'.
This means we can get a 20k+hp/sec hull heal with 100% uptime potential when in combat.
Is this working as intended @borticuscryptic ? (not pointing fingers just that's the only name I know to be used alot on the forums)
