Hope its a T6 Nova in the anniversary bundle though I wouldn't turn up my nose to a T6 Dyson. I loved those ships (at least on my Rom and KDF toons), but agree with others on the likelihood that Cryptic would even entertain the idea.

The Event Solanae Sci-Destroyer was my first Event ship in STO - I was lucky that I did them on all my toons (I had 3 at that time - Fed, KDF and Rom - so I got the whole set - of the free ships).
I know many people were unhappy about them: the fixed Proton DHC worked somewhat until the gear started go up to Mk XIV, and their gimmick (the mode switch) was seriously bugged for a long time.
But the Romulan version was actually the best - at that time - Romulan Science ship.
Then the Dyson Sci-Destroyers Zen Store Megapack got released, and they were even better.
But now in the era of T6 ships and Mk XV gear they just can't make the cut - the fixed Mk XII DHC, and their T5 parameters are somewhat alright on normal difficulty episode missions, but newer T6 ships are much better - we got actually 2 event T6 science ships, 3 T6 raiders (or escorts or whatever), and more … simply better ships.
…
Still I liked mine so much, that I buyed my Zen store Dyson Megabundle after first T6 ships got released.
And I'm not sorry about that, even if I don't actually use them anymore now.
Now I really hope, that after this year anniversary we get a T6 Dyson Megabundle in Zen store… I think it's the last Pack of ships that does not have a T6 version (I mean a Pack, not the ship that were realeased only as solo pieces).
Honestly it doesn't even look like a boomerang to me, one of the unused designs looks much more like a boomerang.
I have been wanting one for a while now but my fleet STILL hasn't reached T5 Colony yet, considering the requirements to unlock it I think the price should be lower than all the other fleet ships. When I get one I am planning on using the Ho'kuun design as I like that one more.

I guess they were trying to show Vulcan ship design transitioning from the elegant aesthetics of Enterprise to the more utilitarian look of the TNG era, but they didn't do a very good job. IMO it's far too angular and aggressive looking for a Vulcan design.
This ship will be the Mirror Vulcan rebel ship that fired on Discovery and has Klingon influence in the design.
hm... looks like the main and mirror equivalents are very similar. Also the starship collection calls it Solkar-class.
Usually the anniversary ship doesn't match the theme of the main c-store bundle and only provides a 4th console for a bonus in the c-store ship console set. However it seems very likely that both the bundle and anniversary ship will follow the discovery theme.
I do think it will have the look of the Discovery One. It does not look that bad to me. It still has a vulcan like design to it.
One ship I would really love to see is this right here. Ever since I've seen this Vessel in Star Trek Legacy its something I wanted to see added into the game now that I looked it up and its an official canon ship I am hoping one day they will be able to add this ship into the game I would totally buy this.
The article here http://www.startrek.com/news/captain-killy-reports-duty has pictures of the new event Scout ship, confirming it is the 'Vulcan Cruiser' from Discovery. Likely re-classed from a cruiser (which it seems rather small for) to a scout ship in the intervening years between the 23rd and 25th centuries.
Can I make it look like a B'Rel? No. I don't want it.
The event ships usually have very effective traits so it will probably be worth using it for that.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I do not use ship traits, I recently removed them all. Too much for me to keep track of while playing. Which is the same reason I don't mind flying T5 ships.

I'm still calling it for the Mirror version. The update is officially called "Mirror of Discovery", the story is about Mirror Tilly and ISS Discovery, and the Mirror Vulcans are allied with the Mirror Klingons in that era (hence it being a scout ship ie sci ship with raider flavoring) so it works better as a crossfaction vessel than a Prime Vulcan ship.
Yeah, true. I was just saying that Vulcan mirror ships are much like prime Vulcan ships, and it's probably just a new paint job on the outside, and a slightly different Boff layout on the inside.
But if it's cross-faction, and that makes me question if the prime version will be released independently.
I don't see why the Mirror Universe would make any difference in terms of crossfaction availability. Cryptic has consistently treated the Terran Empire as a Federation subsidiary. The Paradox is the only Mirror ship they ever made cross-faction, nothing before or since. They didn't crossfaction the T6 temporal destroyer, or the new Disco escort carrier, and certainly haven't gone back to do anything about the old ones.
They even forgot(?) to enable the old Mirror ships to allied romulans when they enabled everything else.
Event ships are crossfaction, all the way back to the Dysons being the last event ships that had factionalized versions. If this Vulcan scout ship is the Anniversary ship then it will be crossfaction. That it will also be Mirror Universe is obvious from all of the reasons already listed not least of which is that the Mirror is the entire theme of the Anniversary.
Actually, I can only think of two prior ship releases that were. Those being the Oddy and Ambassador releases.

I'm happy to see it (and get it)… but it looks kinda weird for a Vulcan ship to me. I mean, this thing has a 60's Dodge Charger musclecar vibe pasted all over it. It makes me picture a Vulcan commander pulling up alongside you and tossing a cheeky "Race ya?" over the comms.
Of course, we all knew Vulcans were cheeky anyway...

True. We had one who had the arrogance to challenge Ben Sisko to a baseball game. Now I think I should make a Vulcan who wears that Voyager racing outfit on the C-store.

I think it looks ugly, I hope they add a second skin to it which makes it look like a more sleeker design similar to the other Vulcan ship already in game.
Lots of flexibility with that BOFF station, tons of universal and 2 Cmdr stations like the Jem'Hadar Light Battlecruiser.
Compared to Fed SCI Vessels, low HP. 40k at Lv65 while Fed ones are 42k-51k with many sitting at 44k. Has Sensor Analysis like a true SCI Vessel would.
The funny thing is the power bonus is weapons oriented and she has a very high inertia rating and turn rate like a Raider. Even has Raider Flanking.
Probably wouldn't take much to pop this thing if you go SCI & TAC heavy, but it'd probably be fun.

While I don't find it as bad as the DSC Klingon ships in copmarison, other Vulcan ships were alot more smooth curves that this one. Though if you quizzed me what IP this ship belonged to before I knew, I don't know if I'd have guessed it right.

That's a nice look as well. Heck at the bare minimum it is a nice admiralty card ship addition to my collection

Apparently it's a canon design from Disco.
