ETA on Long Range Science Vessel Sector Space Nacelle Fix?

As the title asks, can we get an ETA on when the raised nacelles will be fixed? It's been broken since Agents of Yesterday came out back in July 2016. Nearly 2 and a half years and 4 seasons of new content and patches have come and gone and we haven't heard anything about an ETA on this fix.
The Advanced Heavy Cruiser/Refit got a huge overhaul and I've hardly ever seen anyone use it in recent years, it's only fair LRSV users get this simple animation fix or at least an estimate on when it will be fixed.
