Can't replay missions

Since the AoD update launched I am unable to replay missions. I've been trying to replay A Step Between Stars to get my third EV suit but when I click hail it just says "Input request" with the option to exit. Some missions are replayable others are completely greyed out with no option to select anything.

1st thing, skip/get and do all TFOs (task force operations) from the upper line and one by one down. Do Galaxy at large, if you have that quest on Klingon's War line, by talking to Quinn.

Doing this should get you to where you were in the line itself.

As for played featured episodes, things change and it seems now you must skip/do all the way up to those missions in order to replay. However now you can skip more missions. (Some missions are still mandatory though for advancing via the official quest line.)

Some non accurate, non complete and non official further notes:
Some other missions might not be replayable anymore or have some temporary issues with replaying (collecting missions in Vestam, Atlay, Paehos, Hawel in NR zone, and Nimbus III/Wasteland missions on some cases.)

Some previous lines/parts of lines now added to wrappers (Spectres, Nimbus III/Wasteland, Lost Dominion 2800, Cold War), and those, beside Nimbus III/Wasteland, now requiring (Galaxy at large for feds and) level 65. At that point you may possibly find more things in available tabs and will have to visit some specific locations in order to start each those wrapper missions, which will be done quest by quest for the 1st play.

(Nimbus III/Wasteland should be available to those who have visit Nimbus III area (replay might be problematic/missing though), but fed characters should ALSO get and do "Galaxy at Large" quest in Klingon's War line before that, by talking to Quinn.)

There are subtleties here regarding level requirements which were eased/removed on most things (yet some old lines/parts of lines (the wrappers) which are for now outside the official lines now require level 65, as said.) and TFOs. Some removed missions may come back, changed/renewed, later.

I (a player) and other people think this change (mission jurnal streamlining) affected objective of some delta and temporal recruits (by the removal of some missions and probes/orbs in those), but we hope it will be addressed later as reports will accomolate/add and more info will be gathered and known.
  • Level is not the issue, I am 65. I doubt that the mission, a step between stars was made not replayable considering the fact you need to do it multiple times to get all of the accolades and acquire the lobi EV suit. Did some more looking through the episodes, all of the missions from the solanae dyson sphere and delta quadrant episode chains are effected by this bug. There is only the option to hail and when you do it says input request There is no option to skip, drop or share, they are greyed out. I am also not a delta, gamma or temporal recruit, and I have completed all tfo's. I know for a fact that this was working pre AoD because I did my second play through of the mission just before AoD launched. Was hoping the maintenance this morning would fix it, but it did not. Thanks for trying though.

Take a look through all previous story arcs and be absolutely certain you have played/skipped all missions previous to these ones. (Previous unplayed/unskipped missions will 'block' any missions that come after them in the storyline - even if they have been previously played, the 'block' will stop a mission being replayable.)

The point is, you shouldn't have whole arcs be unplayable just because of an update. I can't play a single mission in the iconian war arc, even though I have a 100% completion rate in the story arc already. Once again, Discovery screws over Star Trek.
