Hull repair not working properly or damage scaling is off

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
Have around 180k hull and over 200% hull repair rate in combat and watching one shot in a normal TFO make my hull go from 100% down to below 20%

    Do you like showing off stupid you can be by calling somebody a troll for pointing out where you are wrong? And in MOST cases, the damage scaling complaint has been reduced down to the person who complained being just terrible at the game with a FEW instance of actual bug problems.

    You know nothing about me, what I know about this game or what I don't know about this game. When someone has a comment to make on every post you make, it is trolling.
