Mail and finding (friend and fleet) system broken

Today I've noticed after I sent mail to one of my characters on my account. I went to do so on another character and I can't send any mail on the rest of my characters nor to the one I sent mail too. At first I figured I fully log off and log on to fix the issue. Nope didn't work. Tried it again, same results. Okay, tried another character, turns out the same issue. I have discovered on all my characters, that the find friends and fleet is non operational. I thought it was just one character, but turns out it's account wide. Is there a way to get these fixed?
