TFO/Queue Penalties- the punishment on those trying to still complete the mission.

    How is the game supposed to know if you're leaving by choice or because you can't win, if not by letting you try and see if you make it? It can't read your mind.

    To my knowledge, it is possible to leave without penalty if you can't finish the mission, after spending sufficient time trying. At least, that's the way it used to be, back when some queues actually ended up in that condition for me. Admittedly it's been years. If they have removed that timer somewhere along the way, it should be put back.

    In the few queues that literally require 2-3 players to continue, they should include a fail condition to detect if there are too few players to win. However, outside those specific cases, the game should not be making judgement calls as to whether the player(s) left are good enough to complete the mission. They should be allowed to try. Most of the Normal/Advanced queues can be completed alone by good players. The timed-to-win ones can be completed alone by anyone.

    And the game is obviously not capable of detecting if it's "bugged into a state of being uncompletable."

    I'd say that the first 2 people to leave get the penalty, after that some queues are really hard to complete and the penalty should be gone.

    The leavers that bail because they don't like the TFO; you know just jump on other toons and do it all over again. I would say that an account wide leaver penalty would solve that... but then like I had yesterday when the Swarm TFO bugged out AGAIN! in Phase 1 and you have no choice but to leave, getting hit with an account wide leaver penalty would really suck.

    Perhaps a vote to end option for when it bugs out? Which requires a majority to end the mission early with no penalties.
