(Leave Team) Not Functioning in Any TFO

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
When selecting (Leave Team) option in a TFO and clicking on the OK button, nothing happens. No matter how many times I hit leave team and press ok, it does not drop me from the team nor does it remove me from the map. The only way I'm able to get out is to force close the game client using Alt-F4.
