Mission: Second Wave Text Update to Quark

Optional Objectives: Given by Surah in Quark's.

Dialog says to talk to "Hadron", from the older version of the mission. But the interact has been moved over to Quark, when he was added to the game, more recently.

It happens a couple of times...most notable: when you pick up the mission and when you turn it back in. There might be others. I can take some pics of the frames that need updating tonight when I get on my computer...but not sure that would help at all.

You know, I just remembered....this is one of those missions that used to be in the Episodes tab but got moved over to the Available tab. So, I can take pictures if it is on replay, some where.
