Cyclical Slipstream Drive bugg

According to the given info the Cyclical slipstream drive has got a 90 seconds duration and 30 seconds cooldown, or down to 15 seconds, when using a „Gamma core“.
However there are two issues with it.
- Upon activation the icon does not show „1 min“ and starts to count down after 30 seconds (when one minute still remains), but immediately counts down from 59 and for the remaining 30 seconds of the duration the slipstream‘s icon is highlighted as if the drive was ready again. This can be misleading
- More severe, if you deactivate the drive prematurely, it will not reset the cooldown time to 30/15 seconds. Instead the remaining duration on the time will be taken as cooldown. So if you deactivate the Cyclical slipstream drive after 20 seconds you‘ll face a 40 seconds cooldown on it.
This does not seem to work as intended, and makes the Cyclical drive somewhat unreliable. This issue shows up on the Miracle Worker ships and the Maquis Raider alike.
