Azure Nebula Crashing at end of load screen

So whenever I try to warp to Azure Nebula que the load screen comes up then crashes to Windows desktop. I get a fatal error message saying that data does not exist for Maps/solar_system/Events/Rom_Azure_Nebula_Event_System.zone

I would imagine downloading the entire game again would fix the problem but I don't want to do that. Any other way to fix this file without reloading the whole game?

Turn off on-demand patching and then do a force verify.

I have had a similar error as this when trying to load one of my characters who is on the ground portion of Sierra Starbase 39.

I've done the verify a number of times and each time when I try to load the character in question it does it again.

@startrekron and @rickpadwick1801#8985, performing "Force verify" by itself hasn't worked for people reporting the problem. You need to BOTH turn ON "Force verify" AND turn OFF "On-demand patching" at the same time.

It has been crashing for myself as well and because of such I haven't been able to play the rest of the storyline for the new character or just play it with other characters.
