Hello,
in advance - I basically took a 3 month break from the game.
Returned today, checked the store and besides for the Khan style package you get for registering the ARC account, everything else is gone: the type 7 shuttle, the klingon/romulan/starfleet packages I bought from the PS store etc. Especially the last ones I did not find anywhere to claim (pets and BOs where granted to toons that way). Has all of this been moved or did for some reason my account bug out/lost its perks???
