New Romulus bugs

So far I've found 3 bugs in New Romulus. I cannot get an Epohh from the duty officer mission. It finishes, but there is no reward. I cannot find the monuments inside Overgrown Caves. It is shown on the map, but there is nothing there. Some quests keep popping up, so there are two "submit record" boxes all the time. If I cancel the quests, the quest giver keeps showing up.

And the fact that the main assignments are missing (Vastam Peaks, Atlai, etc). To the best of my knowledge, Cryptic didn't say that they were going to be cut prior to AoD in their "streamlining" the mission journal. So, I'm going with "it's a bug" unless the devs say otherwise.
