Account unlocks cannot be reclaimed by Discovery character

As the title says, several items that have been unlocked for the entire account do not show up under the "reclaim" tab in the dilithium store. Missing items include:

• Mirror Universe Agony Field Rifle
• Elachi Kit Module - Subspace Rift
• Crystalline Energy Torpedo Launcher
• Universal Kit Module - Crystalline Spike
• Console - Universal - Crystalline Absorption Matrix

I think a couple of those you can get in the Phoenix Box Store.....just have to have the proper colors of Phoenix Box Tokens.
