Borg not adapting

I just started the borg arc with a dsc toon and noticed that they seem to have forgotten how to adapt to weapons... Or rather, one did in the ground mission, but that was it. It does make the missions rather quicker... Perhaps a misplaced decimal in the rng for adaption.
