Replay Missions in Available Tab

Just an F.Y.I. : the replay missions are out of sequence in the Available tab.
Also, have an odd habit of disappearing from the list when they are started.

This makes me wonder....if I never played those missions, when they were actually part of the regular mission journals....do they even show up in the Available tab for me?? Because I am not "replaying" them. I will be accessing them for the first time.

I would need to know list of missions that were moved over from the previous incarnation of the mission journal to the available tab, and what missions got deleted. Hopefully, the STO Wiki people have not updated the mission lists...or I will need a list and order of previous missions, also.

OK...looks like the Wiki people have already deleted the old mission listing. So, I can not compare old with the
new to extrapolate what is missing in my listing.

But here is a pic with the example of the missions being out of sequence in the replay:

Example: Specters (I picked this one because I have it memorized)
    Picture shows current Available listing.

Correct Sequence for the missions in Specters:
Skirmish, Spin the Wheel, What Lies Beneath, Everything Old is New, Night of the Comet.

Quinn mention Nimbus III, but there seems to be no location or drop down menu to offer up those old missions.
Franklin Drake used to give the Mission: Secrets of Nimbus, but no longer does. At least not on my account. Seems that other players can still get it.

You have to complete the new 'Galaxy at Large' mission from Quinn now, and then Drake will offer up the Nimbus missions in the 'Available' tab after.

Did that. Still not seeing Nimbus Missions under that tab.

Does anyone remember in what sequence those Breen missions are supposed to go????
That was the next string of missions for my characters. "Cold" this or "Cold" that...I know they are out of sequence in that list. Just like everything else.

I don't know why they are bothering to "block" this stuff from their users at all. The missions are already set to give out level specific gear. And any gear that drops can be leveled up for free until Mark 12.

I am sure there was a reason at one time to block players from it. ??????
But now...with Featured Episodes and Optional Missions that can be done any time after Level 10... what is the point of it. And the NPCs scale to level, too. Right ????

I swear it popped right after doing that on on my JH, but my Temporal toon did it, and nada; possibly have to do 'Heading Out' as well, then? I'll comfirm on her later, I guess.

For my Discovery character, Secrets of Nimbus was there in the Available tab from Drake before even finishing the Klingon War missions, so I took it then.

The order can be found in the new category at the bottom of the list here. Cold Call, Out in the Cold, Cold Comfort, Cold Case and Cold Storage.

I don't think that any of the Featured Episode gear from before The Iconian War arc can be freely upgraded to Mk XII, unless there was a retroactive change that I missed.
This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

Thank you! That is exactly what I needed that list in "Side Content".
    I will print it out.

    ++++++++++++++++++++++

I do not remember if one upgrade token worth of tech points can take something from Mark 5 all the way to Mark 12. Since I deleted my Lethean....and I was upgrading as I went along with him.

The problem I noticed comes mostly from getting rarity upgrade too early in the cycle....which adds to costs and eats up the tech points. Necessitating another upgrade token...or 4 or 5 for one piece.
