Tailor - Saved Outfits Missing

Since AoD launch, all costumes on all characters previously saved in game are not available to load when visiting a tailor. They are all still saved properly within the /live/screenshots folder though.

I filed a ticket and received GM help. They indicated it's a game bug and that I should file a bug report and post here.
