Fixed-Game crash on Japori System

Game crashes when trying to enter the Japori system after 10/9 patch.
Fixed-Doing a force verify didn't fix the problem initially. After turning off on-demand patching and rerunning verify, the game downloaded 4G worth of files which solved the problem. Apparently the game didn't patch properly after the update.
