Tactical Bridge Officer Abilities Seem to be on Autofire

I am having an issue. It seems that my cannon spread and high yield torpedo are on autofire. They activate without me giving the order. Any ideas out there?

I'm getting the same issue sort of I have a few things set up for use after a fight starts so I don't need to try to run the power wheel in a pinch but it sets my " Fire at Will " to cycle as well though that is set for manual as it comes in when I need to hit romulan torps, but on occasion when i turn them all to manual they won't activate when I manually trigger , im guessing most times it's just due to provincial lag issues, so i would check to be sure you have yours off in the command wheel, however there is a possibility its a hick up some were and I'm sure STO is aware of and working on it somewhere.
