Gamma Reputation Completion reward. Cystalline Set

If I remember correctly, you are suppose to receive a reward of dilithium, Reputation marks and reputation tokens for each reputation that you complete. That is when you have completed the last reputation advancement project. Well on 09/05/2018 I completed Tier 5 in the Gamma Reputation system and even did the final project but I did not receive the final reward. Can we sovle this issue? Also, What happened to to the two piece set bonus for the Crystalline Energy Torpedo Launcher and the Console - Universal - Crystalline Absorption Matrix? I placed these items on an Anti-proton ship build.

    If you don't get a reputation Tier 5 reward, try changing instances/maps or logging out to character select and back in. That usually fixes it.

    There was never a set bonus for the Crystalline Event reward items.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.

    I had the same problem. Switching zones forced the reward screen to show up.
