Elachi HYTs still don't.

Elachi High Yield Torpedoes from all sources don't explode. HYTs from me, HYTs from other players, HYTs from Elachi hangar pets, HYTs from enemy NPC Elachi ships. They just sit in space when they reach their targets. It's not even an animation bug. No damage is recorded. They just launch, get where they need to be and go "Now what?" until they time out.
