Stuck in Gamma quadrant queue

I joined the queue"breaking the circle" in the Gamma quadrant, got the notification that the game was starting but it didn't. now i am stuck in the queue since yesterday , i can't leave it. i tried changing chars, logging in and out again, joining the undine battlezone , dying in the battlezone.... this queue doesn't start and i can't select any other queue
